SHIPPING, TRACKING & DELIVERY

Shipping is via USPS through my Etsy shop. We ship within the USA and to Canada. Prices range depending on item size, weight, and location of where it is going. All orders will have a tracking number in order to track the package.

EASY RETURNS

If an item, such as a crystal or jewelry item comes damaged due to the mail carrier. Please contact us with photos and information on damages so we can either try to send replacements or give a refund.

DOWN PAYMENTS

All Custom Orders will require a downpayment of the amount requested when agreement is made. Down payments are not refunded if an item is abandoned and no final payment is made upon completion.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If an item does not get delivered and all of the proper routes are taken with the carrier, then a refund will be given. If an item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced, then a refund will be given.

Orders are through Etsy and they do not use any customer information for their own benefit. It is merely to track orders and send out packages. No one besides the person who packages the item will see your information.
